FosterPort

With support from the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, ChildFocus developed FosterPort, a web site that contains a highly curated set of resources that focus on the needs of older youth in and transitioning from foster care. FosterPort is a searchable database of research, publications, policy issues, experts, and more on issues affecting older youth. It was created for youth service providers, youth advocates, and funders who need reliable and timely resources to deepen their knowledge about emerging issues and specific populations of young people with foster care experience.
