Lisa Butts

Lisa Butts is the Director of Operations at ChildFocus and recently joined the firm full-time after six years of providing part-time consulting support. She has extensive experience in child welfare administration beginning with her work at Casey Family Services, the direct service arm of the Annie E. Casey Foundation. She pioneered business operations for 3P Consulting LLC, a child welfare consulting firm focused on permanency, partnerships and practice for older youth languishing in the foster care system. After a merger with Plummer Youth Promise, Lisa assumed the role of Project Manager for their newly developed Practice Leadership division. In addition to overseeing all the technical and logistical aspects of project management, she brings a keen eye for detail and ability to manage day to day business operations. Lisa has a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She lives with her family in Milford, Connecticut.
